Noreen (Nobin) Hodson is the founder of Hodson Corporate Advisory.
Noreen is a seasoned corporate attorney with over 22 years’ experience in corporate law. She has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, BEE transactions, commercial negotiations, corporate restructurings, corporate governance, private equity and media and regulatory transactions.
Noreen was a partner in the boutique M&A law firm, Read Hope Phillips, which was acquired by PWC in 2016 at which time she became a partner at PWC Legal. Prior to that, Noreen was a partner in the commercial law department of Werksmans Inc.
She has managed significant transactions and recently advised on the transaction (on which she was the lead buy-side legal advisor) which was awarded Dealmaker’s Private Equity Deal of the Year, 2019.
